Nice room, hotel on good location near Westbahnhof. Employees were very helpful and the room was very good. I enjoyed the great breakfast, too. I came by bike and they had a garage for it.

No sense not to have bed lining in 21st century, beds that are already broken or are doing to brake every second...

I recently went on a romantic trip with my partner and we stayed at a hotel that provided a bright and comfy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering modern facilities. We were pleased with the comfortable beds and pillows, which ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to all the major attractions in the city, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. the elevator didn't reach every floor, which meant we had to climb a short flight of stairs with our luggage.

great location! excellent value for money. breakfast much better than expected
although we made a reservation (and paid) for 2 hotel rooms, we got one hotel room and one hostel room. the other one was on lower quality level than the first one.

price-performance ratio, the proximity to the Center
would like to have a kettle and glasses in the room, the evening often feels like just drink hot tea before bedtime

Good suite, excellent quality for its price.
local red-light district is nearby to the hotel, so wouldn't recommend walking around with kids at the late evening/early night

As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the close proximity of the U-Bahn station, making it easy for us to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the room, though small, had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the use of cards instead of keys provided added convenience and security. the location near a busy street was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful environment. we found the price/quality ratio to be excellent, making it a good value choice.
Felt so welcome, no complaints.

It was clean, warm and comfortable.
I did not have free access to the internet from my room. I had to sit on the ground floor for entering the internet. Breakfast was a little expensive - 6 euros. I had to pay 3 euros for the linen.

Excellent breakfast(but no sausage). Most of the staff helpful and nice.Everything is near and can be reached easily by public transport.Good value for money.Very clean.Nice rooms.
No a/c only very tiny fans which is useless some days were extremely hot!.NO Fridge. No porters .I didn't like the area; full of sex shop also it's near center. No real difference between hostel and hotels.I Couldn't make any calls in Vienna itself as they tell me the hotel tele wont allow ,it's made only for some numbers(i was even ready to pay).Expensive net.
